Youth Program  

Program Goal:

Promotion of active youth participation in civil society in Kyrgyzstan by providing equal youth support and promotion of open society principles among youth. 

Program Objectives: 

·         1. Support to youth initiatives aimed at promoting ideas on alternative and innovative methods in problem solving and youth involvement into civil society life;  

·         2. Fostering information exchange among youth;

·         3. Consolidating efforts of youth organizations;

·         4. Promoting use of new and innovative forms for information dissemination for common freedom of speech and supporting youth in free expression of opinions;

·         5. Creating opportunities to young active people for ideas exchange and experience exchange with progressive youth organizations from East European countries. 

Program Activities: 

1. Grants supporting youth initiatives;  

2. Advancing institutional development among youth NGOs by providing trainings and grant opportunities;

3. Support to Mass media covering youth problems and organization of discussion forums;

4. Creating network of youth NGOs;

5. Organization of study tours.
